National DGM Representative

 

This person will be the face of DGM. Responsibilities will include oversighting the entire DGM operation. Has no voting rights. This also includes having the ability in collaborating with regional leaders, and all other sub committees under DGM. Strong relationship building skills. Make vlogs only for anytime when DGM changes something, or make announcements regarding nomination votes. Bring a specular light in the DGM organization with leadership which shall match our DGM's mission statement. Has a strong understanding the history factors of social and political movements. Has knowledgeable with politics. Familiar with parliament procedures. Has a strong vision, with the ability to see what’s ahead. Term shall be one year. Must write a formal letter within 30 days in case of resignation so that the transition to a new person for that role to go smoothly. Shall have an assistant National DGM Representative in case of absence, vacation, medical leave. In case of resignation, termination, death, this position shall automatically go to the Assistant National DGM Representative.
